Q: Are decorations allowed inside the vehicle?
Yes, decorations are welcome as long as they don’t damage the vehicle. Please discuss your decoration plans with our support team before the event to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness guidelines.
Q: What is included in the rate?
All rates include a professionally trained chauffeur, vehicle preparation, and standard amenities. A 20% standard service charge, 3% convenience fee for credit cards, and applicable fuel surcharge or parking/toll fees may apply.
Q: What are the rates for wedding limousine rentals?
Daytime wedding transfer rates (before or by 4:00–5:00 PM) start at $99+ for a luxury sedan and range up to $695+ for luxury coach buses. Prices vary by vehicle size, event duration, and season. Additional waiting time after 15 minutes may incur extra charges.
Q: Can you provide service for bachelor and bachelorette parties too?
Yes, ONYX offers special transportation for bachelor and bachelorette parties, ensuring everyone travels in safety and style before and after your big day.
Q: Do you offer airport transfers for honeymoon trips?
We do! ONYX can take newlyweds to the airport after the reception for a smooth and luxurious start to their honeymoon.
Q: How are ONYX chauffeurs trained for weddings?

ONYX accepts all major credit cards, cash, and Zelle payments. Cash or Zelle transactions receive a discount equivalent to the waived 3% convenience fee.

Yes, ONYX Limousine Service is fully insured and licensed by the City of Houston. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Q: Can travel outside Houston city limits be arranged?

Pick-up / Drop-off service rates are the same as airport transfers. Parking/Tolls are additional. All rates might be subject to 5% fuel surcharge. Special seasonal rates and holidays may be slightly higher. Out of zone trips will require an additional charge. School Dances, Homecoming and Prom rates are slightly higher. |
